SPAM SPAM SPAM!! STOP THESE IDIOTS WITH SPAM CONTROL

Johnny H 11:56 AM - 24 May, 2017
This must be the only forum with NO SPAM CONTROL unless serato website is compromised ????
DjSyndic8 7:51 AM - 25 May, 2017
The only spam I like is between 2 slices of bread , lettuce and tomato with mayo what do u guys think?
Johnny H 12:40 PM - 25 May, 2017
must say i'm not over keen with spam between two slices lol, but it's better than the spam that keeps hitting the serato forum.

Just noticed there is more crappy spam on here

I don't understand why a user can keep repeat posting spam ?? just ban any user who posts one spam message.

Because they create another account ;) When we block a spam user their account is deleted and locked and all their forum messages are deleted.

If that is the case, IP blocking is needed.

Do you whitelist and blacklist IP addresses?

No amount of IP banning will work. They are using VPNs to disguise their location.

hey Serato, this SPAM is outa control, seems it's automated

can't you guys implement CAPTCHA for spam blocking,
entering in words and numbers to verify users are human, rather than robots ???
Johnny H 10:37 AM - 4 June, 2017
Agree 100%

This is one of the only forums I know that does not use captcha

This would certainly be a good start measure in controlling this crappy spam and the thick sad losers who are behind it.
