not getting good output sound in DDJ SB2

Hello sir,
Initially i was getting a very good output but last time when I tried to connect my controller in a gig it was very much disappointing.
The output sound is very bad, there is no bass in the sound.
I had checked every knobs and adjusted properly and tried many output cables but the results are same.
Sound is coming but it lacks of bass, the sound is similar to the case when we had not connected the output cables properly but they I had checked several times everything is properly connected.
please help me out in this issues asap.

What are you connecting the master output to? Have you checked it's not the cables themselves? Have you tried different cables? Make sure your filter knobs are at 12 o clock.

I'm connecting it to my external mixer. yes I had tried different cables also but getting the same results.
Filter knobs are also adjusted.
Connecting it to the monitors also gives the same results :(

if your connected to a external mixer make sure you are plugged into a "Line Input" and not into a "Phono input"
