US PHONE SUPPORT AND CONNECTING TO SERATO DJ/INTRO WITH MIXDECK

When I purchased my numark MIXDECK I had to go through VIRTUAL DJ to use both Serato DJ and ViRTUAL DJ PRO I had no issues I could use my timecodes and access DJ INTRO AND SERATO DJ VIRTUAL DJ rolled out THE NEW VIRTUAL DJ 8 I can no longer access SERATO DJ OR INTRO
I CANNOT SEE MY TIMECODES NOW THIS IS URGENT I NEED TO GET BACK TO DJING IN CLUBS
WHY DON'T YOU HAVE A SUPPORT TEL. NUMBER IN THE US

Serato dj intro does not allow timecode it is midi controller only, this is not a vdj forum. open a help request ( green button on your right ) What do you mean by timecode? are you using control discs? what do you mean you can't access serato? what os are you running PC or mac

As Julio said creating a support ticket from the below link would be the best way for us to resolve the issue you're experiencing.

I'm a little confused on the problem you're having as Intro doesn't support timecode as stated above.
