Custormer Service Hours

I find it very frustrating that everytime I call the (425-355-6000) custormer service number after 6 pm EST. they say they are closed and even on the message the actual message says there hours are 8:30 am to 6:30 PM and I've asked a custormer service representative if the message was wrong but they said no the message was correct and they are open until 6:30 pm EST. Honestly it wasn't a big deal at first but when it continues to happen and I can't call them until after I get out of work at 6 pm EST it gets irritating. Please let me know what the actual hours are and if you are open until 6:30 why do I get that message that says you are not when I call after 6 ? Thanks

Hey DJ Steve-O FL,

The number you have posted was the contact number for Rane, who are now owned by InMusic. You'd best to reach out to them to find out what their operating hours are.

FYI Serato is an independent company :)
