Windows 10 + NS7fx - not recognize

Windows 10 Pro + Numark NS7fx / already installed the drive and I already tested it, ok - but the Serato DJ 1.9.5 is not recognizing the controller, appears in the lower bar that is loading the controller but does not recognize ... help me

Hi Rickpocos, did you restart your computer 💻 openserato dj , then turn on your controller.

philmixit..I have already rebooted the pc several times, I reinstalled the drivers and the Serato Dj ... but still does not recognize ... as I said before the drive is working correctly because the sound is normal, because the serato dj does not recognize the controller .
