Hardware disconnected

I have a fresh installation of Windows 10 with Microsoft Dot Net 3.4 installed.

I have also installed the Pioneer DDJ-SB2 driver

When I launch DJ intro then plug in the SB2 controller the decks flashes up then disappears.

In the Control Panel under Sounds whether I select SB2 as the sound card and set as default or the internal card on both the decks flashes up then disappears.

I have also checked all setting under Sound and either way same issue.

I have tried 3 different USB cable and getting the same issue.

Could anyone on here kindly advise me thanks??

hi i am also having this issue, i am amble to use my ddj-sb2 to play the songs but i am only getting one track on serato intro and it says hardware dissconnected still

I've been getting a hardware disconnected thing when im plugging in my DDJ-SB2 and it wont work because of it help!

I have same issue, got decks this morning. @NohsaBeats
If anyone has fix for this problem let me know.

Decks flash up for a second then disappear.

I have the same issue with the Roland DJ202, i installed the driver and still have the same issue. going to return the controller and get something pioneer

www.pioneerdj.com You need to download and install the driver aswell as the Serato software. That fixed my issues.

I am also having this issue with my new Numark Mixtrack Platinum, it just keeps saying the hardware is disconnected and only comes up with one deck on Sertao. Any ideas?

I have same problem with Numark Mixtrack Platinum. There´s only one track on Serato and says "hardware disconnect". What i can do to fix it?

I just bought a Numark DJ2GO2 and downloaded Serato Intro. It plays for a while then just shuts down.Help!!

Ok this may help. Not sure what’s going on but sounds like the OS X is causing the issue.
