My question is...Is there a way to boost the volume of my MP4 file?

Yes, Screenflow, iMovie. I have noticed Serato records the volume levels exactly as you set them however when you play by the file the volume is incredibly lower which I think is a bug it's been like that forever.

Handbrake is a lot easier if you just wanna boost the Audio of a MP4 file.

Yes it is...I did some MP4 Yesterday and it did the job.
