The ability to Resample even 4-16 bars of audio would be an extremely useful tool. Especially if resampled audio could be saved to an empty sample slot for quick playback.

Use case: You want to record a snippet of audio and effects being applied and then play it back in the same performance in near real time.

Use case 2: You just made a flip and have some drums looped over it and want to resample this audio to a pad for quick playback.

This is different than flip in that it would record audio and also record more than 1 deck.

Potential workflow:
Arm resample..
Set which decks to resample
Select empty sample pad slot on controller
Punch in / punch out

- have setting where resampler can overdub or mute decks that where recorded and playback resampled audio on whichever deck was selected for recording
