Thanks for reaching out. Often, rebuilding the Serato folder can help resolve Serato DJ crashing.

To rename the _Serato_ folder, please:
- Open Serato DJ
- Create a new crate called "library"
- highlight the entire contents of the "ALL.." and copy these over to the "library" crate
- Close Serato Applications
- Navigate to the "Music" folder and locate the _Serato_ folder
- Rename _Serato_ folder to _SeratoOLD_ (Don't worry about the backup folder)
- Open Serato DJ
- This will create a new _Serato_ folder in your "Music" folder and create a blank template with no crates or any other stored information.
- Close Serato DJ
- Navigate to the _SeratoOld_ folder and open the subcrates folder
- Copy the information in the subcrates folder and paste it to the new _Serato_ folder in the subcrates folder.
- Open Serato DJ
- You should have all your files and crates. This will restore all preferences back to default, so you'll have to make some adjustments.

If you need to restore the information, you can:

Close Serato DJ
Trash new _Serato_ folder
Rename _SeratoOld_ back to _Serato_
Open Serato DJ
Everything should be back to normal.
