Internal Mode

Hey guys, this could be a stupid question but One of my CDJS just had hissy fit and I'm now using just the on side CDJ but I've tried so many time to find a internal mode but I can't find it. I've even switch it to instant doubles and all but It won't show on the left decks on the software so I just wanted to know where to find or if I had to get a extension of some sorts

I don't really understand the question?

You can activate internal mode with shortcuts (F4 for left deck, F9 for right deck) or click on the "INT' button near the virtual deck.

Sorry for the reply, I've connected the laptop to DJM 900 mixer to use CDJS as MIDI but I only can use 1 CDJ so I'm gonna use the other side internal mode but I can't find it anywhere on the SERATO DJ even F4 didn't work for me as well
