Can anyone tell me how I can get back to a Support Request I have submitted? Either to re-read it, or maybe to add or update information I provided previously...

can you click your name / profile and find "view all posts"? If not use the search feature aand search your user name.

if you're talking non-forum, but actual Serato Tech support, there's no way to edit it.

I assume Serato has an in-house ticket/bug system, but for us backend users, we only see the emails (i.e. you get one for the first support ticket request, then you interact via those, and the first one has your original text in it... if you deleted those, no way to get them back afaik).
