Callback dropouts (audio glitches)

Hope someone can help :)

So when scratching fast I am getting very hearable dropouts/glitches. I feel that I’ve tried almost everything Serato suggest, but with no luck :(

The DropoutCount looks like this:
05-05-2016 21:27:50 Total Unmasked Dropouts: 0

05-05-2016 22:56:35 Callback Dropouts: 216
05-05-2016 23:37:38 Callback Dropouts: 0

19-05-2016 21:39:08 Callback Dropouts: 115
19-05-2016 22:33:51 Callback Dropouts: 0
19-05-2016 22:56:51 Callback Dropouts: 10

What I’ve tried out so far:
Flight mode (no Wi-Fi etc.), power settings to max, no screensaver, no sleep for USB, turning volume down (no yellow or red levels), removed all broken mp3s, latency setting from 1 to 50 ms (mainly stuck on 10), processor scheduling = background services,

System:
Lenovo w550s - i7-5600 CPU @ 2.60GHz - 16 GB ram
Software:
Office – Serato - Autocad Civil 3D (very clean computer)
