Are you on a Mac or a p.c ...??
What OS are you using...??
What is the CPU and GPU of your laptop...??
Are you using scratch live and video sl or serato DJ and serato video..??

The more info you give use the easy it is to help fix your problem

I'm using mac os x el capitan is a laptop serrate dj + video plugin 2.20 Ghz intel core i7 I'm using serato DJ and serrate video but i don't have the video

when i go to set up i press enable serato video and them say buy it or demo

hello my friend I'm still need some help with my video plugin can you activate?

Have you activated your license yet?

Go to My Serato (bottom right-hand corner of main screen)
Click Expansion Packs and Activations
Log in with your Serato forum / account details
Go to My Products
You should see Serato Video in there. Click Activate.
Return to SDJ. Go to Setup screen>Expansion Packs.
Locate and enable Serato Video.
