left channel and right channel loudness

I have been using my NS7FX since 2009 and have been supporting most serato dj updates.
Lately, I have been noticing that sometimes my right channel is louder than my left channel and vice versa, I can't seem to tell if its the software or sound card causing this.
My music source is from mixshowtools and XMIX chartbusters.

Has anyone experience something similar if so have you resolved this issue.
Any tips is appreciated.

Have you tried older versions of Serato DJ? Maybe a bad cable?

I have tried other versions. but so far version 1.8.1 seems to be stable. I have used dmx cables and rca to o1/4 inch and the sounds seems to be the same. I am using a monster usb cable to connect my ns7 to my laptop. Don't know if the usb cable is no good.
