Ordered Serato Video and received emails for Serato DJ

I have a NS6 and I went to purchse the Serato Video expansion. Once I paid the $99 usd I received emails confirming that my purchase of regular serato DJ was confirmed. Has anyone else had this problem? Hoping to get this fixed SOON. I went to purchase this for my karaoke job tomorrow. I am getting more and more frustrated with this software and customer service!
