57 mk2 foot switch functionality

It's been about 5 years since I've posted on here. I'm in the market for a new scratch mixer and Ive got it narrowed down to 3 obvious choices.

I have some questions about the foot switch.

1. Can I use it to trigger post fader effects? If so can I do momentary and latch?
