serato wont save my beat grids

i keep editing my beat grids and every time i close and reopen the program, everything i did is erased every single time. does anyone know how to fix this?

If you're talking about Itch, it used to do this to me back when I used it with my Xone DX. I learned that the grids only stuck if I edited them either in offline mode or with the controller attached, but I can't remember which (I haven't used Itch in over a year since I got a DDJ-SX).

Maybe try both ways and see what happens?
