Gemini Slate 4 Issues

I bought a Gemini Slate 4 recently, i have not been able to get it to work. Left Side decks do not work, i am not able to load any songs to the deck using the Load button on the console. Although i can drag and drop.

I have installed Serato DJ Intro on Mac and left side decks do not function. I installed Serato DJ 1.8.1 which is the latest version and it still does not work.

I installed Virtual DJ and it throws Audio Driver error which says "Error in Sound driver of core audio..."

Can someone please help me resolve this issue. At this point, i am planning to return this console. Not happy! So much for plug n play

Hi i'm a young dj looking to buy a slate 4 and just wanted to know if you got the problem fixed or if the issue continued.

Unfortunately, I couldn't get it fixed. I bought Numark NVII. I still have the slate but not functional. I would strongly recommend testing the slate in local stores before you make the decision.
