When you meet people at events and clubs do you introduce yourself by your DJ name if different than your real name? I usually say both but in a noisy club sometimes it's easier to just say one quickly and not get into a long explanation.

For the most part it depends on how the convo starts. If it's business related then you get my DJ name because that's what matters most. But my DJ name is connected to my real name so its one in the same to me.

On point. He's got some great takes, the corny photo one was funny...been Goodfoot for over 20 years so I'm staying with the performing name, but I look at guys like Chris Karns that switched to using his real name after battling and coming up as Vajra and wonder if it's better to go that way for branding.
