Is there a time limit when using Serato Intro. ie after a period of use,say30 mins,the software shuts down

No,
Intro is only limited in the fact that it does not have the full feature set that is included in SDJ.
It can be used for as long as you like.

So can you go to gigs and party’s and DJ with the Serato DJ lite for as long as you want when you want

Yes, I have recorded 3 hours sets using Serato Lite (formely Intro) and Audacity.

However I have had the software glitch out on me mid-set several times! I'd like to think the paid for version would be a lot more stable.
