Keep sync ON after cue jump

Please add possibility to keep the sync turned on, after the cue jump if the quantize is enabled.
This behavior is logical and there is no reason to disable sync when the quantization is set to be on...

I think when we finally get launch quantise then this will fix this. It will keep everything in sync and not do a 'one time sync' like it currently does.
