You can also COMMAND + click PitchFader to reset back to 0. I prefer this way incase COMMAND doesnt work or I accidentally press another key... It's just less risky

Adam's tip is great. I basically have 2 midi buttons always reserved as "panic" buttons just in case this happens which is often. Sometimes if dust collects and you're still in relative mode, resetting the pitch to 0 will still jump around. Have a great holiday and new year!

Correct, Control and Click should be the same for PC.

midi what exactly? to to go bpm normal or to go key change /pitch normal?
