Hi,

My slicer function on DDJ SR doesn't seem to work. Occasionally it will work but then it will stop working. This happnens on both channel 1 and channel 2.

What can be done to correct this?

Thanks for getting in touch with us here at Serato HQ. Could you give me more detail about how it will stop working?

- Are you saying that the pads do not light up? Are you still able to hit the pads?

Hi Mak T

yeah the pads don't light up at all, when the music is being played. All the other functions work like 'Roll' and 'hot cues' etc but just not the slicer function

I've turned it off and turned it on which is the most common thing to do but still no luck.

Is there anything else I can do to correct this?

Have you analysed the files, set beat grid , and in smart sync?

Have you made sure your tracks are all analyzed with Beatgrids?
