Sorry about that. Unfortunately you will need to send the mixer in again but the good news is we now have caps that will not break!

~ These are the caps that will not break. I just had it in a month ago. I believe it's the actual button under the cap that is faulty. I usually have no problem sending it away because I have a friend with a back-up "62". Well the friend is no longer around and I have no back-up. I do 3 gigs a week and can't be without.

Yes. It does.

Regardless, unfortunately it sounds like you need to get your unit in for service again.
I'm assuming you know what needs to be done in order to make that happen.
You'll have to get a hold of Contact distribution.
