how many records do you own?

and when was the last time you played any of em.....?

easy way to count .... one crate/cube = average 100 records.

i have around 35 full crates....
i dont have my ssl box with me right = digging for lost sick tec recs....

jus wondering...

granted alot of my records are shite..../takin up space...
alot of twisted childrens records..
sounds of US defense firepower....sickness!
i just cant stop collecting them tho....the other day i picked up .."house hallucinates--pump up the world " for 5 bux at amoeba records...
those times my friends are... priceless!

10 billion jeez i cant even begin to count how many records i have not even counting crates will help... its like the famous question how many licks does it take to get the center of a tootie pop??? the world may never know.

i dont have many records. sold them all about 10 years ago. i only started buying records when i got ssl so i only have 1 crate full. my living space and back appreciate that greatly.

about 1.500 records left but i sold lots in the last year about 1000 plus the records i have left i will definetely keep about 350 because they are absolute classics hard to get and mean a lot to me and lots of memories but the others i could gladly sell for some space!

Im also down to 20 crates of just classic stuff, got rid of everything else when I got serato, once I finish archiving everything I will probably put it all in storage, right now I have one of those huge 25 slot shelves from Ikea in my room and its taking up too much damn space, I need to get rid of it.

I donated a bunch of records to an upcoming DJ.

Then I put a bunch outside and later on that day they were gone.

Got about 400 in China but nearly all my collection is in uk i odnt know how the f#$%@ to get it over here withoput spending a fortune .

Having a tune on CD is never the same as vinyl .

Too many. They're costing me a pretty penny because I have a lot of them in storage.

I stil play vinyl on a regular basis, but only at home. I "paid my dues and stil got bills to pay". lol - I'm done carrying lots of vinyl. Thanks SSL.

I'm never moving again :)

I'd guess that I have around 5000 12"/LPs, 1000 7", 600-700 CDs. I know that you guys may have a lot more than that, but it's still a bitch to move those records.

I have 6,000 12" and 3,000 CD's.
Most of my vinyl is from 80's and 90's.
