Can you tell me a few things about your problem,

Have you analysed and removed all corrupt files from your computer?

What are your full computer specs?

Are you noticing this problem with certain files?

Actually I just get another laptop system but not yet test it with it. I think is my laptop because I tested it with another laptop it close well anytime. Am tru with it,, but on my own laptop it will show it has stop working

Av sold it. But am now trying to get reloop beatmix 4. Hope that works with serato dj without any upgrade payment. And I have 1.73ghz laptop with 2gb ram. Hope is going to work perfrctly. Thanks

According to the Reloop website

"As a limited introductory offer, the Beatmix 4 comes with the full version of SERATO DJ out of the box!"

Make sure you assign this license to your Serato.com profile. You are able to activate to 2 computers only.

As long as you are running windows 7 in 32 bit 2gb ram will meet the min spec. I would recommend upgrading if you decide to update to windows 8 though.
