anyone has this same problem when wanting to record with serato video .. tell me how to get right it ..

try restaring serato and your computer...

Hey,

Could I please have your computers full specs and a list of all USB devices connected? Are you playing from the same drive location as you are trying to record?

Have a read of this article here: serato.com - it may help you understand why you are getting that message.

Can you try connecting a USB drive and recording there? Also can you try decreasing your recording quality?

Hi, i have the same problem and i really dissapointed, my ntbk specs are:
Toshiba
i7 four generation
1TB (Videos are there)
record an external HD (USB 3.0)
nvidia geforce 2GB dedicated
Rane 62
2 Technics sl1200
Can you tell what happen, please, why i need to slow my record quality, maybe is better to record at the same frames (25 in mp4 extension is recommended?)....

Sometimes it works for few seconds, than the recording of the video jam on 1 frame while the audio keeps recording. I tried lowering recording setting to minimum or recording from other drive to internal or other external SSD - waste of time - nothing seems to help.
