I am also, not able to upload or change my profile picture ?

You can change your picture on www.serato.com . I think that this is a bug with whitelabel.

It appears that you can do a lot more about your profile on the serato website.

To upload, change or delete Serato profile picture follow these steps:

1. Login to your profile on serato.com (register your account prior to login)
2. From drop down menu select: "Your Profile"
3. Go to "Home" tab
4. Under the avatar picture you can see two links: Upload, Delete

Once you upload your Serato profile picture it will appear automaticly on Whitelabel.net profile.

1. Login in to your serato.com account.
2. Click your profile icon or an arrow with drop down menu.
3. Go to "Account" and "Account Overview" appear.
4. You see option "Profile picture" and "Edit" link.
5. Click "Edit" and upload your profile picture.
