I just bought a 13'' Retina, Mac Book Pro with the following Specs which is not working with my NS7 mixer. I tried downloading Serato DJ as well as Itch... both didn't work:
Software OS X 10.9.1 (13B3116)
Memory 4 GB 1600 MHz DDR3
Processor 2.4 GHz Intel Core i5
My old macbook pro ( non retina display) works well with both serato DJ and Itch. Please advise.
Thanks - this is urgent as i am dj'ing soon...

Exactly what is it that don't work?
Can you start the program?
Does it say you have to connect hardware?
Provide as musch information as possible to help people help you..
With the amount of information you wrote down there could be a lot of things that is the reason to why it won't work ;)

Its really annoying when people come back and say "it's solved" without explaining what was wrong and how they fixed it.. no thought for others who might be in a similar position.
...unless it was so mindblowingly "schoolboy" that he's too embarrassed to say! :)
