Just realised that my headphones dropping out isn't due to my cans, but is fully because of the lame connectors on the sx. i even tried using the 1/8 jack as opposed to my usual 1/4 trs jack but that hardly even worked.

if I was to return my unit under warranty would this be fixable, or is it a case of poor workmanship across he board?
