Hello,
I use Serato DJ with DDJSX since the start of its marketing in France ... I made the updates until version 1.3 without problem ... Last Thursday I installed version 1.5 and can not be used since the DDJSX. When I open Serato DJ, the DDSX is not recognized.
Thank you kindly inform me ...
Sincerely,
Tony from France

For information, I uninstall 1.5 and reinstall SERATO DJ version 1.3.
My DDJSX is recognized again and I can work. There is a bug with version 1.5

I have the same problem bro. No one can help. I tried to uninstall and install drivers once again. It didn't work. When I try to connect my SX with USB 3.0 serato don't reconize it. SX is reconized when I connect it via USB 2.0, but then I don't have master output signal and cue signal. A lot of people which are using DDJ-SX have the same problem with the 1.5 version. I guess we'll have to wait until Serato release a patch.

Hey ! I had the same problem as you have. Please right click on my computer > select manage > device manager > universal serial bus controllers. Check USB drivers. And update them. I've got Renesans in my Toshiba. I updated USB drivers and Serato DJ v1.5.2 works flawlessly with USB 3.0. Try to do same. I hope it will take effect :) Marry Christmas !!!!
