i have previously activated serato dj on a pc. now i got a new macbook and would like to activate serato dj on my new laptop. i entered the voucher code on mac and it shows invalid. does it mean i have to pay for activation on a new machine?

i went back to SDJ on my pc and treid to manage my account. i typed in my email address and now it says this computer is managed by other user account. why???? it's not possible someone else is using my account. Please can you help?

I think you used different email address when you activated Serato DJ first time. Or you typed wrong email address. I've searched your name and email address but I couldn't find any of your account showing you have Serato DJ license.

So far these are what I found on our database. You've created two serato.com account without any registered products.

1) dj_frankfunk@hotmail.com (No Registered Products) - Crated in 15/Sep/2013

2) dj_frankfunk@homtail.com (No Registered Products) Crated in 17/Sep/2013

Do you have any other email address have been used? Could you send me your voucher code through private message? (Please do not post on here)

Please let me know.
