on not connecting twitch you can use the software and navigate menus play music. after it connects, the two dj plattens come up, but it will lock up and the windows circle will spin (lock up) untill you click on the "x" not responding

installed driver and soft.

We aren't ignoring you! We are just really busy here at Serato HQ. In the future could you please only create one help request as multiple requests slow us down in getting back to you.

Do you get any specific error message when the software freezes up?

Could you please explain to me how your library is organised, ie, music stored internally/externally, does iTunes organise your music, do you use iTunes in Serato?

I am having the same problem updated to Serato DJ and basically it doesn't work my SL1 and itch still work fine but dj just freezes as soon as you try to use it

If you are experiencing an issue you should go here and create your own help request with your computers full specs etc: serato.com
