Eveyrtime I try to use the hot cues the sync goes into temp sync and wont stay in smart sync. How do I juggle my cue points and keep the beatgrid locked?

Sorry Guys this cant be done with serato, Traktor has an option called Snap & Quantize you may of heard of..? well the job of quantize is the keep the beat in time (synched) whilst you move around the track. Serato is yet to add this feature so unfortunately your up the creek with this one!
My only suggestions would be either 1) move to traktor or 2) get very good a drumming out cues to the beat so you stay in time yourself... for Serato's sake lets hope it the latter

Thanks for clearing that up. Thought i was doing something wrong. Hopefully theyll add that feature.
