Thanks for get in touch with us. Short answer is "No" unfortunately. It's same as using two native controller connected to your computer same time. It won't work.

However, That is something we would like to implement in the future. I will close this thread as "Future Request" for Serato DJ. So we will keep your voice in our future development.
