Not recognising my email and password in SSL

I have two locked tracks in my library and when ever I enter my email and password SSL says that they are incorrect. I know I have entered the correct details, but it doesn't make a difference. I've had this problem for years now, and now one of the locked tracks isn't even available in WL anymore.
Is there any way to make SSL recognise me email and password?

Whitelabel support is handled by Serato. Your best bet is to email support@serato.com directly.
