Add cover art support to AIFF files in Itch

Itunes is support this feature, but ITCH none (
Macbook Pro, 10.5.5, Itunes 8.0.1, Itch 1.0.4

Itunes stores album art in it's own database rather than in a file as aiff has no metadata storage inside like mp3 do (id3 tags).

But i think if there is a way to read Itunes library in Itch, than there should be an approach to read that arts too?

aiff - is the one sound format that give real good quality and include meta tag information, which can play in itch

why you could not add aiff's cover art support in ITCH?
