I am looking at buying the Rane 61 and wanted to know if scratch live has smart sync like serato itch/DJ.

No I do not believe Serato Scratch has this feature.

Scratch Live, where the skills come to play.

No, there is no auto beat match at this point for Scratch Live. There are some visual references in the software to help you line the beats up but ultimately you will be using your ears.

You can however use the Sixty-One as a soundcard for other programs that do offer sync features.
