I figured out how to get the products working. Still, I can't see my serials. Hopefully, I won't be needing them anytime soon...

Our software is setup so you don't need a serial number to activate the latest Serato software.

When you purchase a license for the software it is linked to your account here on Serato.com. When you open the software on your computer and activate it, you will need to log in with your Serato.com account. The software will link up to our servers and check to see if the account details you have provided have got a serial number linked to it.

This way you don't need your serial number, its all done through your account.

I'm having this problem again. Everything works on my MacBook. I now have another computer and it's asking for the serial numbers. I can't activate the software from the new computer. I tried pulling up the numbers in my account but the numbers won't show.

I purchased the Serato DJ/ Serato Video package...

Tyler-Broussards-iMac

I haven't figured out how to get the prevoius owner's name completely out of the iMac.

I've already deactivated the computer that I will no longer use.
