why when I download a song and it is finish it will play but when I go to play in serato the file can not be located.

Hi djadam112.

Whitelabel audio files have to be added to your music library like any other file.

They're not added automatically.

a new laptop and have downloaded the serato dj software but files not found. where do I go to get the driver?
