When I hit a key on my laptop (example the R key) it will not go to all the songs that begin with R. Itch did so but Dj does not. please help.

Hey Gilbert Elliot,

To get that feature to work, go to "Setup" > "DJ Preferences" > "Control Preferences" and make sure that "Playback Keys Use Shift" is selected. It should be working now,
