DJing has been a never ending experience. I'm currently an executive in technology at a large global bank, but DJing just keeps calling me back. Albeit a guest spot at a club; a private event; or just throwing down in my private media room - it just keeps calling me back. One thing to share with DJs and fans is that there is no substitute for knowing the music...it's beyond the technical mapping of bpms, being the best scratcher or blend master. It's all still boils down to knowing the music and the risks you are willing to take to remain original. We are underground DJs because we are always trying to break new ground; new foundations; new ways of understanding the music and sharing with others. It's like having a one of a kind article, shame to see it duplicated on someone else!
