Biography

In the late 90's J-Boogz ventured into the world of the Disc Jockey. Befriending a local rollerskating rink owner, and spending hours practicing after closing time, Boogz would learn from his mentor the art of beatmatching and blending records seamlessly. Boogz bought his first pair of turntables in 1998 and went on to work as a resident DJ for 3 years at the rink before he would move on to the nightclub scene. A long time friend landed J-Boogz a job in the club scene. For the next 7 years, Boogz would hold residence in venues such as, Club Ozone which held audiences of over 1100 people. "Boogz" also held residency at Vision and Tabu Nightclubs, and 360 and Inferno Nightclubs. Boogz also had several appearances at OPM Nightclub in Las Vegas. More recently Boogz has taken his abilities and love for music to the wedding and corporate scene. Receptions will never again be the same. With his seamless mixing and uncanny ability to keep a crowd moving all night, the dancefloor is sure to be packed at your next event!!
