Enabling Dr Watson

This how-to details enabling crash dumping for Windows XP.

Why would I want to do this?

Crash dumping is handy to help solve crashing problems for users experiencing crashing while using Serato software. If the  application crashes while you have crash dumping enabled you can upload the crash dump file to Serato and we will try and diagnose the problem.

Instructions

Click the Start button

Click Run

Type drwtsn32 and hit enter

Dr Watson will start.

Recommended settings are:

Log File Path: C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Microsoft\Dr Watson
