I have just installed ITCH further to my NS6 arrival and my browser will not operate. I thought I may have installed the wrong version for my operating system so have now uninstalled the 2.2 in order to start over but still no functioning browser. I feel I am being really stupid. What am I missing?

There's a "help" section for every controller - that's where this should be posted.
Besides that, if you write about "the wrong version for my operating system" it might help to mention what version you are actually using.
