Yeah, unfortunately the help area works a bit differently from other areas, and the way the "mark all read" functionality is designed doesn't work with the help area. We've got plans for fixing that, but the fix isn't simple, so the feature will remain missing for now.

Not so good news. I usually check the help forum regularily but I am just checking new threads and posts. Being not able to mark all threads as read will be problematic for me. :-/

Workaround: Going through the "mark all threads as read" in the old forum. Seems to work fine.

It works fine so long as you're willing to have all help threads for all products marked read. The problem is that the help area on serato.com is broken down by product groups. So if you only want to mark, say, all the ITCH help requests as read, you're out of luck.

Ah, I didn't realize that it is possible to view the help forums separated for different products.
