Have another issue that I can't figure out. Recently I purchased a Pioneer DDJ-SX to use with Serato DJ. I have not installed the new update for Serato 1.2. Still using the 1.1.2 with my older Mac Book Pro running Mac OS X Version 10.6.8. I can't figure out how to change the Pitch Percentage from 8+ to 16+. Tried what's recommended in the manual to push the tempo range button along with the shift button on the Mac. Please advise what I'm doing wrong or is this another glitch that needs work.

Also, if I install the update of Serato 1.2, will this fix the signal of the Mic Jack when I use the Numark NS7?

I appreciate any help you can give concerning these two issues.

Hey DJ Danny Diaz,

You should be able to change the pitch range by holding down SHIFT and pressing the KEY LOCK/TEMPO RESET button just above the pitch fader. As far as I know this was not a bug in 1.1.2 that was rectified for 1.2, however, if it still does not work I would suggest upgrading and seeing if the problem persists. You can always go back to 1.1.2 if you wish of course.

As for the NS7 mic issue, unfortunately this has not yet been fixed and so the problem will still be there in 1.2. I am sorry about this.

No problem, I'll just wait until Serato comes up with the version that fixes the mic input. So far to my knowledge everything is working well with Serato using the Pioneer DDJ-SX and I'll just keeping using the Serato Itch for the NS7.
