Thanks for getting in touch,

Check your Rubbish Bin. The crate file may be in there.
If the crate file is in the rubbish bin. Move the file back into your SUBCRATES folder.

1. Navigate to your _SERATO_ folder.
-- Inside this folder you will have a "Subcrates" folder.
-- Place the crate file in this folder.

If the crate file is not located in your rubbish bin, then unfortunately you will have to re-create the crate.
