The Master volume on the screen does not change when I turn the master volume on the controller. you hear the volume go up and down. but no screen change its at half position on the screen.

That's correct. The master volume on Terminal Mix controllers does NOT send MIDI signal and therefore cannot be picked up by the software.

Hi djbigmark,

The master volume on screen that is by default set to half represents the final volume output at the SOFTWARE level. The gain meter next to it represents the combined levels of all 4 channels AFTER controller gain has been set.

Adjusting the master level from the black knob between the 2 gains on the controller only changes the audio output directly from your controller to your soundsystem.
