Hey Criteria,
Thanks for getting in touch,
I noticed you are running an AMD processor. Due to strange issues (like the one you are experiencing) we dont support AMD processors.
Please read this statement from us --> serato.com
I will definitely try to continue troubleshooting for you, but we may not be able to resolve your issue. I thought it would be best to let you know this now.
1. Are you using any external hard drives to organise your music?
-- How big is the external drive?
-- How much free space do you have on it?
2. Are you using any other USB devices?
I would recommend you try the following,
1. Disconnect all USB devices (besides your Novation Twitch)
-- This includes usb mouses and keyboards.
2. Go through our Windows Optimisation Guide
--> serato.com
3. Install ITCH 2.2.2 with your controller connected.
4. Restart your computer.
5. Launch ITCH.
Have a mix for an hour or so, do you still have a crackling sound?
Let me know how you get on :)
Thanks.

Hey Criteria,
1. How big is your ITCH library of music?
2. How much free space do you have on your internal hard drive?
Lets try increasing the USB buffer size.
1. Launch ITCH
2. Click the SETUP button.
3. Navigate along to the HARDWARE tab.
4. Increase USB buffer to 20. Click Apply.
5. Close the SETUP window.
Have a mix for, do you still have a crackling sound?
Let me know how you get on :)
Thanks.
